The Company has a 24/7/365 call service for emergency repairs. Our call centre staff have the technical knowledge and experience to firstly understand your problem, and secondly, allocate the right resource to deal with the problem.
The Emergency Call Service is also the first point of contact for our Emergency Response team. This is mobilised to deal with major emergencies such as fire, flood, power failure and backed up drains.

Computer Management Systems
The Company has invested in a contract management System. This system enables the call centre team to:
- Track the status of each job in real time
- Know where each operative is and whether they are working or driving
- Issue new work instructions to operative via PDA’s
- Allows the operative to send status reports including closing of jobs
- Property history records
